MVFF’s ¡Viva el Cine! initiative continues its annual celebration of Spanish-language and Latin American films and stories with this festive collection of shorts for families and younger viewers. Additional Information

Born in Vilnius, Lithuania, Lina Luzyte studied Psychology at Vilnius University, and Film and TV Directing at Lithuanian Music and Theatre academy (MA). Her filmography includes: Not Without Us (2016), which won the Children’s Jury Prize Documentary Feature Film at Chicago International Children’s Film Festival; Together for Ever (2016), which premiered in Karlovy Vary, special mention in LET’S CEE Film Festival in Vienna; and IGRUSHKI (2012), which premiered in the Krakow Film Festival, and won the Grand Prix at CineDoc-Tbilisi.
