The discovery of a 16mm film at a Berkeley dump leads to a nostalgic journey featuring one of the Bay Area’s most beloved and legendary characters.

Additional Information

Named after a recipe in a Time-Life cookbook, Siciliana is an award-winning, Berkeley-based filmmaker and editor. She’s the founder of OffPlanet VR, a 360 video/VR creative lab and industry meet-up in the East Bay. She earned her BFA in documentary filmmaking from CalArts. She’s honored to have her short film about finding treasure in the trash, included in this year’s the Mill Valley Film Festival.
