Additional Information

Autumn McAlpin is a writer, producer, and director drawn to based-on-true stories and soundtrack-driven films. Owner of Side Gig Productions, she co-wrote and produced the recent award-winning feature film, Waffle Street, starring Danny Glover and James Lafferty (MarVista Entertainment), and is currently developing a film centering on the inspiring story of America’s top lacrosse players, Lyle and Miles Thompson. Hailing from USC’s Master of Professional Writing program, Autumn has worked as an author, columnist, and playwright. Her stage play, In Front of the Children, won first prize at USC’s 2015 Writing for Stage and Screen Competition.
