Description

Swimming in memory and longing, a homecoming vet chooses a momentous day to discover what lies in store for him back in his small town.

Additional Information

Jacob Kirby was born and raised in northern Michigan where he received a full-tuition scholarship to study film production and dramatic writing at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Since then, his work as a filmmaker has traveled all the way from his small town roots in North America to international film festivals across the world. Currently, he is based in Los Angeles, CA directing music videos, digital content and a loosely related pair of short films, inspired by the experience of traveling abroad and produced on location in Cuba and Nepal.
